Since spring we have received a steady stream of complaints about the reliability of the No. 35 bus service through Buckie. Residents report buses running 20–40 minutes late, and in some cases scheduled services not appearing at all.
This hits our community hard: people are missing medical appointments, college classes and work shifts. Many of those affected have no alternative transport.
The community council has taken this up as a project. We are gathering evidence from residents, raising the issue formally with the operator and Moray Council, and will post every development here until the service is reliable again.
